Taipei Sunshine Sports Park covers an area of about twenty hectares, with rich ecological resources and riparian landscape, also has artificial bike lanes. This is where the Sunshine Bridge located.
Sunshine Bridge awarded construction gold medal of Taiwan, the highlight is no bridge pier, but with flood protection function. This arch bridge hanging with steel slings, total length of 315 meters, in order to maintain the integrity of Xindian river, there are no pier under the bridge.
It set a record of the longest (245 meters) single-span steel arch bridge in Taiwan. There are five circular ring shapes in the bridge, the colorful LED lighting effect and graceful bridge becomes beautiful scenery.
